Digital audio transfer from remote sites. Editorial oversight, script writing and adaptation. Graphic design, post production and distribution. Management and training of approx 200 volunteers. Client database administration. Client interaction. Equipment and consumables procurement. Studio acoustical design and construction. Identifying and remedying faults. Project management – analogue to digital changeover and external recording contracts. Fund and profile raising activities including speaking engagements.
