Sobre mí

I am Carles de la Encarnacion. I am a Cinematographer/Director Of Photography and I am working as a Videojournalist and Assistant Director at “30 Minuts” (CCMA) in Barcelona since 2015 http://www.ccma.cat/tv3/30-minuts/en/.
Before that, I had been working as a Cinematographer/DOP in documentaries and TV Programmes for CCMA but also as a freelance for many Broadcasting Corporations like CNN, FRANCE-TV, ARD, ORF, ESPN, ARTE...
I am passionate about photography, documentaries, storytelling and visual contents. Human Rights is my first interest.
My documentary film “On Gaza’s Mind” (2009), located in the Gaza’s Strip, won three film awards and was selected in several Film Festivals around the globe. Since then I have been involved in many awarded documentaries as a cameraman/videojournalist for CCMA.
I am always looking for a good story with a good picture.
