Jaysun is a director, cinematographer, producer & editor, who is very passionate about his work. Getting started in film right out of college from Seattle, Wa. He started managing a production cage getting a vast knowledge of production equipment. Jaysun has also lead workshops both public and private ranging from children to the collegiate level. He has edited in post production houses, acquiring professional experience in commercial editing, music videos & short films. At 24, through his own production company Jaysun started Rebel Television which broadcast concerts and artist interviews. This experience lead him to to working at MTV. After his experience at MTV Jaysun spent several years working broadcasting. With in that time he managed the Network Operation Center NOC and production. From there his skill and experience expand with the times moving into the WEB/MOBLE/DIGITAl age. He is not only proficient in the latest broadcast and editing techniques but also in the most current equipment and usage. Jaysun has directed live concerts for popular artists such as Living Legends, Def Jux, Kid Koala, Qbert, thriple treat DJs, People Under the Stairs, Pharcyde, Jurassic 5, Blackalicious, Snoop Dogg Roots and many more. He directed, shot & edited lifestyle and interview pieces for magazines KING, COMPLEX, XXL, RIDES and several other publications. In addition to entertainment production Jaysun has worked with in many different fields such as medical doctors, scientist, psycho-therapist and product manufacturing.
