Sobre mí

My attraction for photography was born with the documentary photographers of the Magnum agency, who built the visual memory of the modern world since the mid-twentieth century. The proximity to the facts, the language of black and white and the obsessive search of the decisive instant were my doorway to photography.

Trying to capture through the viewfinder frozen fragments of life I discovered a new way of looking from outside of it. The visual narrative of photography in motion and the control of light that I found in the cinema were the key to turning that new look into my current vocation. Since then I look forward to collaborating with anyone who needs to tell a story to try to transfer it from outside to inside the viewer.
