Description: This is a music video I made in 2013, I was the director, cinematographer and editor, as well as doing some visual effects using Adobe After Effects. The video was originally suppose to be shot in a 1950 malt shop in Long Island, but the owner of the shop never showed up to open for us. Instead of cancelling the shoot, we decided to look around the neighborhood to see what we could shoot for free. We shot on the train tracks, we shot in a park and then on a swing set. After shooting the singer took us out for dinner to thank us, and the restaurant where we were dining had a really nice back drop for music performances. We asked the owner if we could use his stage for the video and he said sure, it really added an extra element to the aesthetic of the video. I'm very proud of the finished product.
