Commercial Transcription for the Blind, 2013

Description: To meet the requirements of providing information in accessible formats, organisations such as the Police, Local Councils, and Housing Associations, needed to have their brochures, leaflets, and newsletters transcribed into audio, Braille and large print. I took personal responsibility for this area of work at the Blind Society. Clients found our standard of service professional and competitively priced. This resulted in frequent return business, and client recommendation to others.
