Galloway's Studio Refit, 2011

Description: As part of Galloway's change over from analogue cassette duplication, to digital memory stick duplication, a studio refit was included. I was the Project Manager due to my previous training in acoustics. The stages of the refit included, acoustical spectrum analysis before and after, raising the floor and filling the void with acoustical damping, and carpeting, new lighting, re-ordering of the layout from four to two reader positions, and acoustical treatment of the walls, including construction of box absorbers for low frequencies.
