Camila Pineda

About me

I am Camila Pineda, French-Nicaraguan, DOP and camera assistant with more than 5 years of experience based on Barcelona but available worldwide.
I've work around the world in long features and short movies (motion pictures and documentaries) News (BBC Aljazeera...), commercials, fashion films, music videos... I am familiar with most modern digital camera formats including Arri Alexa, RED, Canon and DSLR and with film and analogic cinema cameras.
I am now based in Barcelona but i've work in Cuba, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Honduras, France and Spain.
I'm graduated in theory of de cinema and theater in the university of Potiers, France then decided to specialize in Direction of photography in Escac, Spain, i also have made several workshops in EICTV, Cuba. (optic, art direction)

My goal is to work around the world, as a director of photography and also as a camera assistant where i am always learning and meeting new people. Every new experience will be welcome!
