Eloi Ragot is an award-winning Film Composer, Musician and Sound-Designer.
His approach uses storytelling in order to find the colors and emotions that will make the soundtrack a sensorial and immersive experience.
His recent works include the original music for TV-Series LA TRÊVE (THE BREAK, 10x52min), which won the BEST FRENCH-SPEAKING SERIES AWARD at the Series Mania Festival 2016. The show was broadcast Prime Time on many channels including RTBF, RTS and France 2 and is now available on NETFLIX in 65 countries (incl USA, UK & Canada).
In 2016, he also scored the second season of RTBF's Web-Series EUH, co-produced by Canal+, which received the JURY GRAND PRIZE at the Swiss Web Fest in October.
Self-taught pianist and guitarist, Eloi is also a classically-trained trompeter and studied musical analysis and writing. Since 2008, he has composed, arranged and produced music for over 40 films for diverse production companies and TVs.
He was selected to many masterclasses and artist-in-residence program including the prestigious Berlinale Talent in 2017.
As a Sound-Designer, he likes to combine field recording, electronic and acoustics sounds to create particular soundscapes. He worked on several documentaries such as VIER DANACH (German TV NDR).
Eloi lives and works between Brussels and Berlin.
