Miguel Calderon

About me

I am a visual artist who has worked in video production, editing and photography internationally: New York, Chicago, Madrid and Lima.

I have produced videos for museums and cultural institutions in New York. I have also worked in branded content for Mercedes-Benz and in the production of a documentary series for Phillip Morris filmed in 10 countries.
Among other professional works, I highlight the video I produced and edited for the fashion brand Jahnkoy, which was exhibited at the Bergdorf Goodman store in New York.
My latest personal work, The Stranger, is a short form video produced in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. I am currently finishing a video art project filmed in the Peruvian Amazon.

I have an art background. I studied engineering and fine arts in the US and my work (video, new media) is exhibited in festivals and cultural centers.
